The 25th Shanghai International Power and Generating Sets Exhibition (GPOWER 2026) was held from June 3 to 5, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The event was organized by Ronco Expo (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and endorsed by the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association (CICEIA), Emergency Power Equipment Professional Committee of CICEIA, and the Internal Combustion Power Generation Equipment Branch of China Electrical Equipment Industry Association.
Under the theme “Witness global trends and showcase world power”, the exhibition focused on the twin pillars of green, low-carbon development and safe, e cient operations, showcasing cutting-edge technologies and innovations across the power and energy spectrum. The show floor spanned 62,000 square meters and brought together 1,085 leading manufacturers, research institutes, and full-chain service providers from both domestic and international markets. Exhibits covered the entire value chain-from zero-carbon fuel production technologies and equipment, clean-energy engines, full-range generators and generator sets, core components and parts, intelligent control systems, to integrated power solutions.
During the show, the Multi-Fuel Power Generation Forum was held, featuring in-depth discussions across four dimensions: policy planning, financial support, technology R&D, and industrial application. The forum made it clear that technical pathways-including hydrogen internal combustion engines, methanol fuels, and gas-powered solutions-will see differentiated deployment in diverse use cases. The event also hosted multiple global launches of new technologies and products
